It's a process that carries financial benefits to the company and makes the Town of Niagara an even better location for development opportunities.
All inquiries and applications are held in strict confidence.
Project may be financed by placing tax free or taxable revenue bonds in the name of the Town of Niagara IDA.
The Town of Niagara IDA leases the project to the company, with rental payments utilized to pay the principal and interest on the bonds.
The Town IDA may also arrange a leasing arrangement where the property is leased back to the company.
The application procedure is streamlined and we offer help whenever needed.
