APPLICATION FOR SHELTER OR PAVILION AT COMMUNITY CENTER PARK

FEE SCHEDULE

Phase One of the Town of Niagara's Veterans Memorial Park was completed in 2003 which includes the Calvin K. Richards Senior/Youth Activity Center. The Park sits on 121 acres of land which includes the following:

• Three little league diamonds and one baseball diamond (all diamonds have sprinkler &  irrigation systems),
• Two multi-purpose fields for soccer, football or lacrosse
• pond (seven feet deep)
• 3505 feet of paved roads
• 7000 feet of stone dust trails located in 13 acres of woods
• 9000 feet of paved multi-use trails which have two entrances, one on Grauer Road and one at the intersection of Grauer & Colonial Drive        
• Paved parking for 263 vehicles.
• Seasonal stone parking lot for approximately 100 vehicle

Senior/Youth Activity Building

• 6,200 square feet 
• 2,600 sq. ft. Great Room with gas fireplace 
• Servery (kitchen) 
• Two office areas 
• Restrooms 
• Boiler room 
• Two storage rooms 
• Electrical/Mechanical room 
• State of the art Heating/Air Conditioning

Bring a Book, Take a Book Program everyday.  Puzzles available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

                              Free Legal Advice is offered once every 2 months for all seniors

Bingo every Thursday at 11:00 a.m.

Movies following the Lunch Program on

4/10, 4/24, 5/8, 5/22

Library is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10 a.m. - 1p.m.

Card games following lunch whenever there are enough participants
