The office of the assessor is responsible for maintaining the Town of Niagara assessment roll. The Town shares an Assessor with the City of Niagara Falls.


We are currently short staffed in our Assessors Office so we kindly ask that you please call and make an appointment when you need assistance.  Appointments can be made:

Monday – Thursday
8am to 11am.

Where do I pay my Town & County Taxes?

Town and County Taxes for the Town of Niagara can be paid at 7105 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY  14305.  Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm.  January through March 31st.

We DO NOT collect School Tax Payments, for a payment location please check your School Tax Bill.
